Use the App Version That Matches Your Activation Key
An activation key works with the version of Stop Motion Studio it was purchased for. For example, a key for Stop Motion Studio may not activate Stop Motion Studio 2.
If the app does not accept your key:
- Check your purchase or activation email for the name of the version you bought.
- Go to the Stop Motion Studio download page and download that version for your Windows or Mac computer. The page includes older versions.
- Install the matching version and enter the key from your purchase email.
If you bought the app from the Microsoft Store or Mac App Store, install it from that store using the account that made the purchase. Store purchases do not use an activation key from our website.
