Restore a Previous Purchase

If you reinstall Stop Motion Studio or move to another device on the same store platform, sign in with the store account you used for the original purchase. Then follow the restore instructions for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

For a Microsoft Store or Mac App Store purchase, reinstall the app from that store's library or purchase history using the account that bought it. No separate activation key is required.

For a purchase made directly from our website, download the version you bought from the Stop Motion Studio download page and enter the activation key from your purchase email. See Finding the Activation Key for the Desktop Version if you need help locating it.
